All non-Muslim residents in Malaysia aged 21 years or over are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and Contest agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible.

No, there’s no limit. The number of qualifying entries based on the purchase criteria and will be allocated accordingly. Entries in excess of any stated limitation in the Participation Conditions shall be void and ineligible for qualification.

For participating outlets in Supermarket/Hypermarkets, where can I find the receipt number?
The receipt number is typically found on your purchase receipt. You will need to input this when submitting your entry online and retain the original receipt for verification.

What information must be visible on the receipt (proof of purchase) for my entry to be valid?
“Submission of proof of purchase (“Receipt”)” is required and participants need to safe keep the original Proof of Purchase for verification. It implies that key purchase details such as date, outlet name, product, quantity, and receipt number should be clear and legible. Any unclear, damaged and/or torn, illegible, duplicate or incomplete entries and/or Proof of Purchase shall be disqualified.

Can I combine two receipts to participate in the promotion?
No. Unfortunately, entries can only be made on single receipt to be considered as valid for the promotion.

How do I submit my entry to participate in the contest?
You can submit your entry by scanning the QR code printed on the Promotion in-store Point of Sale materials or by logging on to https://mtbd.connorsstout.com/. You will then need to fill in your name, IC Number, Mobile Contact Number, Address, Receipt Number, and submit a proof of purchase (Receipt).

How do I know if my submission is successful?
After completing the required field and uploading your receipt, a pop-up thank you message will appear to acknowledge that your submission was successful.

When will the winner be drawn?
Winners will be selected at the end of the Promotion Period.

How do I know if I’m one of the selected winners to win a prize?
The Organiser will notify Winners through the instant messaging app ‘WhatsApp’, for verification and further details on fulfilment of prizes. Winners must respond within three (3) days from the time the Organiser sent the notification via WhatsApp.

What happens if I feel unsafe and refuse to provide my photo ID for verification if I’m shortlisted as winner?
The Organiser reserves the right to request for the Participants’ original Identity Card or other supporting documents for verification purposes upon redemption or fulfilment of Prize(s). If the Winner fails to respond within three (3) days, or if potential Winner(s) are subject to verification and are disqualified, the Organiser reserves the rights to substitute the Winner or forfeit the prize.

When will my prize be delivered?
Once the Winner has been verified and confirmed, the Prize will be delivered via courier service to the Winners’ mailing address (within 60 working days from the winners’ notification). The Organiser reserves the right to delay or reschedule any fulfilment of Prize(s) without providing any reason or notice.

Is there a limit to the number of entries that can be submitted in the contest throughout the promotion period?
No, there’s no limit to the number of entries that can be submitted for this contest. You can submit as many entries as you wish by following the guidelines and requirement set out in the terms and conditions or promotional materials.
